Our Classes

Our goal is to prepare players for games by focusing on specific game-like scenarios. Our training sessions follow a structured curriculum inspired by USA Basketball training principles, emphasizing ball-handling, shooting, finishing, defense, basketball IQ, overall athletic conditioning, and much more. We also focus on mentorship, leadership development, and mental toughness, ensuring our athletes grow both on and off the court.

What Our training Looks like

We know that finding the right basketball training to match your goals can be challenging. That’s why we’ve designed our program with three distinct levels: Foundational, Advanced, and Performance. These levels allow us to assess each athlete’s skill set and place them in the right training environment. By doing so, we ensure that every workout can be customized to their needs, helping them grow and improve at the right pace.

Foundational Training 

At the Foundation Level, our training focuses on building fundamental basketball skills with an emphasis on proper technique and confidence. Sessions are structured with 70% of the time dedicated to individual skill work and 30% on game-like scenarios. Players will develop key abilities such as dribbling, shooting, finishing, passing, footwork & body control, and defense. Training is personalized to reinforce good habits, enhance coordination, and build a strong basketball foundation in a positive, supportive environment.

Advanced Training
 

For athletes at the Advanced Level, our training refines core skills while introducing more complex techniques and game strategies. Early sessions follow a 60:40 split between individual training and game-like scenarios, shifting to 50:50 as players progress. Training includes advanced dribbling, shooting mechanics, finishing moves, passing under pressure, footwork, defensive strategies, and position-specific skill work. Players will also develop mental toughness, leadership, and decision-making abilities while incorporating strength, agility, and conditioning exercises to improve overall athleticism.

Performance Training
 

At the Performance Level, our training is designed to maximize competition readiness and refine high-level, position-specific skills. Sessions are high-intensity, with 75% of training dedicated to game-like scenarios. Players will enhance elite-level dribbling, shooting, finishing, passing, footwork, and defensive techniques while working on decision-making, leadership, and performing under pressure. Strength and conditioning, mental preparation, and advanced game strategy are major focuses. Athletes preparing for varsity, AAU, or collegiate-level play will also receive personalized performance tracking.
